Guys
You may recall a while ago I posted on here regarding the severe performance
issues we had with Netbackup on NT.
Well the situation has not improved and a line has to be drawn.

Presently my Master Server is the only box that will backup to 300kb/second.
The Media Server performs the backups great on its own box as well as all
the Network clients.

I want to remove the Master Server, and perform either of the following
tasks:

(A) Remove the current Master, erase everything off this Compaq Server and
reinstall NT/Netbackup as a Master Server
(B) Physically shutdown the Master, introduce a brand new Compaq Server and
make this the NT Master Server

Both are time consuming jobs. Is there a right way / wrong way to this?
