[Veritas-bu] NB4.5 Import Images

Hello all,

I get an error message while importing a (maybe Backup Exec) tape. My =
import log gives me the following information:

Import phase 1 started wo okt 16 2002 15:42:39
15:42:39 INF - Create DB information for media id A00002.
15:42:39 INF - Initiation of bptm process to read media id A00002 was =
successful.
15:42:39 INF - Waiting for mount of media id A00002 on server es7kdcs.
15:43:58 Media id A00002 found on host es7kdcs, but the GUID obtained =
from tape 04F8C88F-A891-4D04-A1CC-9F289CB0DDFA is different from the =
GUID 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 in MM volume database.
15:43:58 INF - Status =3D media manager - system error occurred.

Anybody got a quick solution to this problem??
