[Veritas-bu] Oracle cold backups failing

Our Oracle cold backups are failing with the message "exception raised in
RPC: ORA-27206: requested file not found in media management catalog". The
knowledge base says this is a hostname lookup error, but I run the bpclntcmd
-pn command and it runs correctly. Also our hot backups run just fine.
Anyone have any ideas?
