The one exception is that this command doesn't run in my installation.

NBU 4.5 Patch 1 on Windows 2000 sp3.

There are a few tech notes that describe this is a start: Tech Note 244103.

There is a related one about misleading results if the Time portion is
omitted, but it doesn't matter to me yet, as it does not work here!
