We applied the patch to our Solaris servers and Solaris clients with no
problems.
 
We had problems seemingly with OTM when applied the patch to some NT servers
- fixed other problems we were getting with SQL*Server backups, but after
the patch was applied started getting problems with filesystem backups.
Left bpbkar32 processes hanging and ended up having to reboot and backout
patch (reinstall NB) or turn off OTM.  Haven't been able to follow up
properly yet.
