Are you trying to overwrite them with a class that has the same retention
time? If so, NBU should use the volumes automatically if they're already in
the volume pool. If the retention time is different, NBU will use different
media.

Can any body help me who can i over write volumes in a class after
retention period expire .
like i want
there is three volumes(25,26,27 )in exportback class
its retention period is 3 days
I want when i take backup after 3 days through exportback class it start
from volume 25 and over write its data.
Hope you ppl have got my point
