You could do this a lot more easily if there was a master/slave
relationship between the two systems. Since they are both separate
masters, I don't see how you could do this.

Hello,

we have two library L700 and L700e, and each one is
managed separately by two master server.

we need to establish communacation between the two
masters, so as to be able to redirect backup jobs from
a L700 to L700e in case that L700 has problems.

Is it possible?
or is there other suggestion to solve this problem.
