[Veritas-bu] IBM 3584 (correction)

I wrote on July 2:

I learned today that the 3584 does NOT behave this way.  Many other IBM ATLs
do, 
but not the 3584 UltraScalable LTO library.  On the 3584, ejects to a full
CAP
will fail (not queue).

Just wanted to clear that up ;)
