change the name of the script to name: 
/usr/openv/netbackup/ext/db_ext/oracle/scripts/rman/cold_database_backup_DREX2.sh
and make name: 
/usr/openv/netbackup/ext/db_ext/oracle/scripts/rman/cold_database_backup_DREX.sh

just be su - oracle -c "name: 
/usr/openv/netbackup/ext/db_ext/oracle/scripts/rman/cold_database_backup_DREX2.sh"

That should help.
