[Veritas-bu] CLI command to update inventory

Just a note, Amulya, that this form of the vmupdate command will also inject
the contents of the mailslots (-empty_ie). You might also want to include
the "-use_barcode_rules" option. I also use the "-involgrp" and
"-outvolgrp" flags.
