We have moved our master server recently and the admin ftp'd the directories
over to the new master server from the old one according to the steps given
to him to move the master.  Unfortunately, SSO is configured in this
environment and the globDB and the ltidevs reflect the old master server.
When I attempt to alter volume database host and globDB host from the
commandline to the new master server it tries to connect to the vmd process
on the old master server and since it's gone the process fails.  Any
suggestions?
