[Veritas-bu] windows mail notification

Im writing this on behalf of the NT guys I work with. I myself am unix bound
:)

Anyway they run netbackup 4.5 on windows 2000 and have a job set up on a
client to backup ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES
system status or something and the catalogues.

They have set the notification to mail an address but the problem is they
get an email after ever drive on the client has completed.

ie c:
d:
g:
h:
j:
k:

Is there any way to make it so it mails either a summary or mails just when
the whole job completes and not individual drives which complete.
