Hi,

Back to my problem with OTM .
After checing the log files I noticed the following error:
ERR - OTM Initialize - unable to get version information: (err = 0xe000100b)

It means OTM didnt work that explains why the open files I had didnt get
backed up.

Anyone know whats the problem?!

Regarding other products for backing up open files, there is one that you
could $buy$ that will do an almost perfect job.  It is from St. Bernard
Software, I think it's called Open File Manager or something like that.  If
this is REALLY critical, you may need to go this route.  Remember that
Veritas won't support the use of outside products!
