I'm running VSM 3.4.1 and NB 3.4.  I just did a check of the tapes in
my HSM pool, and there are 3 tapes that are not assigned.

I look through the VOLDBs and I find that all 3 are listed as being
part of an HSM volume set.  None of them are marked dead or obsolete,
so I'm wondering why they wouldn't show up as assigned.

Any clues?  I suppose I could "assign" the tape to HSM, but I don't
know if I should or not.  I haven't run a migdbcheck on the voldb,
but maybe this would help?
