Your best bet is this.

1. Stop all NBU processes
2. From the command prompt
   cd to %NBUHOME%\netbackup\db\jobs
3. Identify the jobs that need to be "killed"
4. Make sure you get all versions of these files <jobid>.*
5. Delete them or if you'd rather, move them somewhere else
6. Restart your NBU processes.
7. They should be gone now.

They probably would have terminated anyway after a period of time with an error 
50, but this works just as well.
