Well, to find which tape has the image of a backup could be done with either
bpimagelist
or
bpimmedia
If you have the media id, I'd use bpimmedia.
to find all full tapes in library, try downloading my tape_rotation script from
http://www.NetBackupCentral.com, it has the logic you are looking for. With
some slight modifications you should be able to mold it to your environments
needs.
