Hello,
        i had a Linux RedHat 6.2 as a NetBackup 3.4.1 Patch3 Server, when i run
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bp, and select, restore (R), from Backups (b),
if i use the L options (List Backup Images...) ,it shows backup images,
but if i put the S option (Select Files and Directories...) it said "No
items in the database match the specified search criteria." and my
criteria is, a directory wich has been backed up, the start date is
01/01/2001 00:00:00, and the end date is 05/28/2002 23:59:00, the out
put from the L comand show images from 05/17 to 05/28.
        i also try to use bprestore -s 01/01/2001 /a/path/wich/is/on/the/backup
and it exit with error code 5 and the log said:
11:50:15 (22456.xxx) INF - Status =3D the restore failed to recover the
requested files.

and on the server when i try to browse the files i got the next error on
bpdbm log file:

12:26:46 [2877] <2> client_db: Q_CLIENT_BY_HOSTNAME
12:26:46 [2877] <4> bpdbm: request complete: exit status 227 no entity
was found
12:26:46 [2878] <2> image_db: Q_IMAGE_LIKELY_DATE
12:26:46 [2878] <4> bpdbm: request complete: exit status 0

any idea where i should look at? the client machine is ok, the backups
are being done, just restore fail.
