We gave up and had someone come in to check the system.
So far everything is looking OK except for the firmware on the 9710.
Unfortunately I can't seem to get through to my vendor, so I don't
suppose anyone has the latest firmware for a 9710 in a file somewhere? :)
Last night only 1 drive was marked down, which is an improvement.
Otherwise, everything else is normal.
I really appreciate the help I've been getting from you guys, many thanks.
