Hey!

If you are talking about the Notes Module for Lotus Notes , it needs R5 or
higher.. if there are databases below that version (transaction logs not
available) each backup (FULL/INCR) will back them up fully.

I Suggest you go to 5.0.9A at least to have a stable and working
environment.
