Hey!
Tested this product for a specific feature.. the NDMP Backup with DAR
option (Direct Access Restore) which allows faster (much faster) restores.
Also for another option , Dynamic Tape Allocation for the Network
Appiances.
This product is quite simple to operate, works really nice , but I would
"run" to it .. I dont really know how is the support for this product.
In Israel there is only one company / person who's working with it , and
being here an Enterprise system , its not an easy step to
take.

Due to the ongoing headaches and poor customer service experienced with
Veritas and NetBackup, administration is seriously considering moving to a
different product. One being considered is Bakbone Software's NetVault.
Does anyone here have any positive or negative experience with it that they
could share with me?
