I have a customer with 4 W2K clients - all on NBU 3.4.1 patch 341_1
(W2K service pack 2). Master server also W2K. All backups were working
fine until 2 weeks ago - 2 clients started failing with error code 13.
I noticed dll errors on one client in Event viewer when Client Service
starts up. We removed the software, re-installed and patched. The
backup then worked once, but after that failed again with code 13. FTP
from the client to the master server works fine at about 8Mb/s.
We had a DNS expert to check their environment and he gave it a clean
bill of health. One of these clients is actually the DNS server!!
Any ideas?
