Well, you need to have the robot_eject set to auto

then if you have changed from a tld library to an acs library there is a lot
you have to do.

your

robot_type should be changed

And you need to make sure the following params are included

acs <robot num>
acs_lsm <module number>
acs_cap_0 <cap num as defined in acsls>
acs_cap_count <# slots>
acs_csi_hostname <acsls server name>

then you need to change your robot_inventory script in
/usr/openv/netbackup/vault/bin

I'd

cd /usr/openv/netbackup/vault/bin/
mv robot_inventory ./robot_inventory.20020515

then

cd /usr/openv/netbackup/vault/bin/
cp robot_inventory.acs ./robot_inventory

Modify this script to your site specifications.

then you'll want to modify the eject_tapes script to make sure all of the
ACS info is updated as per your site.
And since that script does an rsh to the ACS server, you'll want to make
sure there is an rhost entry on the ACS server that includes your NetBackup
server.

That's where I'd start.

If I have a special schedule setup in each class where I do a weekly full
backup on Friday and I
want to run vault on the following Monday to vault this schedule from each
class how do I define
this in the parameter file so I know that these tapes are ejected.  What
sort of window do I define
and what might the syntax be.  Also we just moved from a tld library to a
acs library and when I
attempt to run vault I get errors when it tries to eject tapes.  I must be
missing something in the
parameter file here as well.

Any pointers would be of great help.
