[Veritas-bu] vmd/ltid daemon problems

We are running Netbackup 3.4.1 DataCenter, patched at 34_2 on a Solaris 2.6 
box. Last night our vmd and ltid daemons terminated without human intervention. 
 The logs do not show much data to be able to troubleshoot this problem.  We 
are connected via scsi to two StorageTek 9710 robotic libraries.

Has anyone out there ever had a similar occurence?  Any clues or suggestions 
would be greatly appreciated.
