I found I speeded up my restores in general by setting the NET_BUFFER_SZ in
/usr/openv/netbackup.

I had a similar problem.  A Windows restore started up ok, but after 5
hours it had restored 540MB's out of 10gb's.  It backed up in 2 hours
(network backup).
