I have two Questions regarding Veritas Storage Migrator configuration

Q1)
Is it possible to configure both tape 'ct' and netbackup 'nb' as primary and 
secandary on a file system using HSM?
--->reasons asking this is that i tried to make two copies pri-'ct' and 
sec-'nb', it didn't work

Q2)How to setup daily schedule for migration with hsm on tape 'ct' method?

---> is possible to setup in cronjob, if so what will the command line?
