We've been running a Seagate LTO drive for 6 months now.  Performance
has been great.  I think the firmware is still gaining maturity though.
We still occasionally get firmware updates that fix minor problems
we've been experiencing (timing issues, stalling during ejects, etc.) but
I think at this point the firmware is fairly mature.  I can't speak for
the HP and IBM drives, but I imagine at this point in the game, they would
be reaching stability as well.
