This is not an issue. Successful backups keep the tape/fragment information
in the catalog. When a backup fails, the catalog is cleaned up so that
Netbackup does not have a listing of the information on the tape.

I can do it manually, but does NBU know that the tape is re-useable or
does it keep it allocated? I guess I'm wondering if I need to worry
about running out of tapes because of failed backups.
