They documented some tips, yesterday or a couple a days ago, to be more
faster with NBU and W2K.

Thanks to the recent replies I'm now backing up some Windows 2000
machines
to a UNIX N/B master.

However, the performance is abysmal so my next question is "What
suggestions
do you have for tuning / tweaking etc to make the backups run faster"?
