I'm not sure this is correct.  We've gotten verbal instructions from Veritas 
support to make certain that the information store backup has completed before 
kicking off mailbox backups.  However, I searched the KB and I couldn't find 
anything to support this.  It is also noteworthy that Veritas gave us that 
piece of advice when we were having trouble backing up <all mailboxes> due to 
too many fs_object_corrupt errors (this problem was finally resolved after 
applying the 645 patch).  So, maybe Patrick is correct after all...  Can anyone 
else confirm this?

we run twice-weekly mailbox backups and weekly full/daily incremental
information store and directory backups. it seems that is and directory
backups may not have been occuring lately. no error msgs or failures,
simply not occuring. the class is active and the output of bpclntcmd on
all the machines, including the master server, look fine. my question:
if
the mailbox backup is active, will this prevent the other exchange-type
backups from starting?
