[Veritas-bu] Error code 6

Subject:	[Veritas-bu] Error code 6

Every now and again I seem to experience error code 6 on Oracle hotbackups.  
This does not happen on
every channel on the hotbackup, just a few.  Has anyone else run into this who 
could give me some
insight as to what may be causing this and where to look.
