I am using xbpadm..and it does not seem to give me the timestamp. Only the
backup time.

Do you know how I can get it on xbpadm or the command line?

Thanks
Daniel

>From the Administrators window select Backup, Archive, Restore. Click
on Select for restore > Actions > Specify Backup Machine (your master
should be selected). Go to the Source Client tab and add the server in
question if its not there already and make it current. Be sure that the
class type matches the job otherwise no data will be returned.

For destination select or add the server where you would attempt to
restore the file IF you were to restore it.

Find the date of the backup and walk the path down to find your file.
The time/date stamp of when the file was modified will be displayed on
the right hand side.

You can then exit out of the restore option and you'll have your
answer.

How can I see the timestamp on a file backed up in a tape without
restoring
the file?

Any ideas?

Thanks
