[Veritas-bu] cant get past error 37
2002-01-25 16:44:16
I just had the same error last night. The issue was that the bp.conf file
was incorrect. The first entry must be the name of the master server:
SERVER = <servername>.
Since it is your media server, you will have stop and restart the Netbackup
daemons or services (depending on your platform).

Subject: [Veritas-bu] cant get past error 37
I have 1 master/media ( veritas ) and 1 media server ( standard ) using
SAN SSO
when I try to backup the media server "standard" it keeps failing with
error 37 "operation requested by an invalid server"
I have veritas and standard in the server list on both severs.
Any ideas ?
