[Veritas-bu] LZO errors installing PC client

Hello all,

I am having a problem installing Netbackup on my PC
client.

Server is Solaris Netbackup 3.4 

    nmc1: Using new settings
    nmc1: ERROR - LZOpenFile returned -1 on destination (C:\Program 
Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\readme.txt)
    nmc1: ERROR - Unable to install file C:\Program 
Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\readme.txt.
    nmc1: ERROR - No child processes.

I thought it may be a pathing issue
so i tried to install it in c:\veritas
and this still failed.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
