Post/preprocessing is supported on Solaris and NT Environments.
Curently i was not to get it working in NDMP backups.
looks like veritas is not supporting that at the moment????

Do you have an experiences.


With Post/preprocessing it would be much easier to make consistent backups
of DB (like clearcase) with minimal lock-times.

-start preprocessing: lock the DB
-create snapshot for backup
-postprocessing: unlock DB
-backup the whole stream
