[Veritas-bu] GUI issue

Subject: [Veritas-bu] GUI issue

A friend of mine has NetBackup 3.4 businessServer installed on Solaris 7.
She had some problem when trying to bring up the GUI using:
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/jnbSA & 
She could login but got the following message: "Unable to get the attribute
table".  All icons are grayed out except "backup, archive, and restore".

Any idea what could be the problem ?
