This worked. Took 5 hours for duplicate the tape as oposed to 12.

You'll probably have to tune the network buffer size (yes, I know it's
local). 

# echo "262144" > /usr/openv/netbackup/NET_BUFFER_SZ

And try again.  If you have a reasonable (say 1 GB) fragment size, you
can watch the 'all log entries' report to see the throughput w/o
having to wait for the whole thing to complete.

Note that this value is supposed to be the same on all systems.  I've
never seen it make any difference if it wasn't, but...
