I need to reuse tapes at a remote location. However, I need to check if the
backups from previous day were successful and then expire them before I
reuse the tape. Can I expire day-1's images only from a tape so that I can
use the  space for day-3 making sure day-2's backups went fine. I cant
expire the whole tape.

does anyone has a script or an advice for me on how to do this?
