3.4 + patch 645 = 3.4.1 (at least on winnt systems it says that)

NetBackup 3.4 and 3.4.1 are completely interoperable and can be viewed as
being at the same release level. For example, NetBackup 3.4 servers support
3.4.1 clients....Etc

Check the releas notes of NBU 3.4.1
