Does anyone have an alternative to purchasing Vault, via scripts, etc.?

We are a small shop. When we are fully implemented we will have about 500G
in Weekly Full backups.  Probably 1/3 - 1/2 that for Daily Cumulative's (too
many databases).  $15,000 to $20,000 for Vault just seems extreme to set up
daily off-siting of duplicate tapes.

I can manually duplicate tapes and then eject the tapes from the library,
but there has to be a way to automate this without re-inventing the wheel or
spending tons of money.

NetBackup DataCenter 3.4
Master Media Server on Tru64
4 Tru64 Clients
3 WinNT Media Servers
12 WinNT Clients
Compaq ESL9198 Tape Library on Fibre SAN Network
