You would only want to do this if NetBackup at the other environment
is not in use.  Restoring your whole catalog from one system to
another would overwrite some of the files which shouldn't be
overwritten. 

What you want to do is do your backups (to a unique pool so they're
not mixed with other backups), and then IMPORT them at the remote
site.
