look at the catalogs. since they are flat text you will be able to compare
the two. 

don't know what operating system is being used but the info is in 

/%nbu_home%/netbackup/db/images/CLIENTNAME/01300000<or something similar>. 

open them Read Only to prevent problems.

Does anyone know of an easy way to compare two different differential
incremental backups from one night to the next to see what files were backed
up.
We are backing up a windows 2000 cluster using a virtual name to back up
certain
drives. This is our dilemma. We had a diff. incr. backup run from noon to
about
8pm. It backed up 80 gig. Once that was completed the window was open again
for
this client and started after 8pm and finished a liitle past midnight. It
backed
up another 40 gig. This is a homedirectory server and where not sure if this
is
valid. We don't expect the data to change as nuch as 40 gig. We have the
archive
bit turned off on client itself. We are running NB 3.4.1.
