I had a similar problem. Got the STK guys to change the drive and all is
well. Funny thing is the downing drive works fine when it was tested out of
the library.

I seem to be having a problem with a drive that keeps going down. I have
searched through NetBackup logs and the syslog logs to try and find the
cause of this, but can't seem to locate anything useful. Where does
NetBackup log events that take drives DOWN, and is there a specific format I
should look for? I know I have found it in the past, but for the life of me
I can't seem to relocate it now.
