  To go from 3.4 to the newest 3.4.1, you use patch NB_34_1.

  Initially you could go from 3.4 to 3.4.1 with J0850645. Didn't gain you
much with HP/UX other than allowing you to use NBAR.

  I came up with the following for our HP backup servers. We also support
Oracle clients, which is why you see the Oracle stuff.

----------------
Install NBU 3.4
Install Oracle bits (32 bit and 64 bit)
Install Advanced Reporter bits
Install Java -
  cd /usr/openv
  edit /usr/openv/NB-Java.install
    find the line: HP1100_JRE_TAR=HPUX_JRE.tar.Z
    replace HPUX_JRE.tar.Z with hp110_jre116.tar.Z
    save and exit
  ./NB-Java.install NB-Java.tar.Z

(Install any other bits you may need - NDMP, etc.)

Install NB_34_1.hp800_237339.tar (the server patch)

Install NB_34_1.clients_237386.tar (the patch for all clients)

Install Oracle patches (supports Oracle 9i):
  NB_ORA_34_F0788.hp11.00_238808.tar
  NB_ORA_34_F0788.hp11_64_238809.tar

Install NB_34_P0858.hp800_240099.tar (the java patch)
  (the java patch must be re-installed after every patch,
   and you must also run the nonroot_admin script too.)
