Those would be the files that allow you to restore.

If you're looking to make more space available, you can turn on
database compression in the global configuration section.  You also
may want to check if you've turned on any process specific logging and
if so either turn it off or reduce the log retention time.

NetBackup does a good job of cleaning up after itself.  You are not
going to find stuff that you can just manually remove, move, or
compress.
