Am running RedHat Linux 7.1 on a Dell Poweredge 2500 with a powervault 120T
Internal DDS4 4mm autoloader.

Have purchased appropriate licenses etc.

When I configure the device the device wizard tells me that
Robot Type is not supported on this platform.


Veritas tells me that they support the 8mm version of this device in Linux
but not in a 4mm format.  The 120T is on their compatibility list, so what
gives?

Can anyone offer any help?  I potentially have $4000 worth of useless drive
or $2500 worth of useless software...
