Hi David,

        I asked around NetApp and VERITAS and everyone suggests
        that you open a case with VERITAS support if you havn't
        already since it seems that something is wrong with tape
        107.

        Could be a mismatch in the slot number that is expected or...

        NetBackup logs will be needed.
