You didn't specify which type of client it is.
On most types of clients - from my experience - 71 occurs when there is
some problem with the Files definition in the class, or some conflict
between the Files definition and the exclude-include files.
If it is a Novell machine - I have some helpful tips for reasons that
can cause this code and have nothing to do with the Files definition.
Let me know if it is a Novell.
