I just recently installed a Sun L700 robotic library (same as STK L700) and I 
don't know if it's just me or if I'm actually experiencing delay in the tape 
mount times. It looks as though some of the mounts are taking as long as 10 
minutes. That's the time BEFORE I get the "Positioning to file" message. Are 
other seeing this? I can't say I've noticed this excessive delay in the ATL7100 
that it is replacing or in my Sun L11000, but then again, both of those have 
DLT7000 drives in them. Is it possible that with a brand new tape (never 
written before) there is a brief period of formatting going on first?
