They all do it.
I tried your "VERBOSE" suggestion ... nothing regarding the restore was 
logged in either bpdbm or bpsched

Are all the restores doing this?  Or just a particular 
client, tape, etc.?

Place VERBOSE in your bp.conf file and start logging 
bpdbm and bpsched.

Then restart this restore.
