Just wanted to pass this by and to see if anyone has experienced a similar
issue...

We just installed an ATL P3000 with 4 SDLTs.  We are running Datacenter 3.4.1 on
W2K with 1 master and 1 media server connecting via Fibre channel.

We have had over 100 tapes frozen and the BPTM log shows:

I am having ATL out to run diagnostics on the drives and the fibre channel, but
is there anything else I could be missing?
